1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1.1 Time Frame
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, labels, and protective coverings must be attached
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- For jewelry: pieces must not show any scratches, tarnish, or damage
- For crystal/glassware: items must be in perfect condition with no chips or cracks
1.3 Packaging Requirements
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- All protective materials (foam, wrapping, etc.) must be present
- Certificates of authenticity, care cards, and documentation must be included
- Original gift boxes and presentation materials must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Earrings for pierced ears (for health and safety reasons)
- Opened or used beauty and fragrance products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Special orders that are not regular stock items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack Your Items: Securely pack items in the original packaging with all protective materials
- Include Documentation: Print and include the RMA form with your return
- Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service with insurance
- Email Tracking: Send your tracking number to info@montevii.com
Important Note
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our physical address without prior authorization.
3.2 Shipping Instructions
- We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For items over $1,000 value, we recommend purchasing additional insurance
- Please retain your shipping receipt until your return is processed
4. Refunds and Exchanges

- Shipping charges are non-refundable

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:
- Is issued as an electronic gift card
- Never expires
- Can be used for online or in-store purchases
- May be transferred to another person
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items
- Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for a return shipping label at our expense
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs
- For manufacturer defects discovered after 30 days, please contact the brand directly
6. International Returns
For international customers:
- All international returns must comply with the same conditions
- Customs documentation must be marked as "Returned Goods"
- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
- Returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
